Event Internship Job Description 

Job Title: Tokyo Love Hotels Events Intern 
Status: Intern (2 month trial period); possible future employment 
Hours: 5-10 hours per week
Location: Tokyo, remote

Position Overview & Basic Function: 
The Tokyo Love Hotels Intern works closely with Mr. & Mrs. Loveho; Robin and Kalin. Tasks will vary from general event planning, to creating visuals and assistance during the event. Someone actively networking and familiar with the cultural scene in Tokyo and the world are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Event planning

• Communication with artists

• Running social media

• Creating visuals

• Networking

• Support during the event

• Translation

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual in English & Japanese

• Interest in event planning 

• Understanding of social media and the Tokyo Love Hotels aesthetics/branding

• Video editing skills

• Design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)

• Networking

 Other:

• Must be 18 years or older 

• Must have reliable transportation

• Hours are flexible. Evening and weekends may be required.
